A new addition to the Truluck’s Plano concept is the addition of a live-action station with bar-height seats adding to the overall brand experience with pristine oyster selections sourced from reputable-sustainable partners from throughout the world. Truluck’s chefs will be hand-shucking iced oysters as guests pick their desired selections. Paired with featured oysters, the chefs will be hand-rolling sushi with a Truluck’s spin. Selections include hand rolls, pressed sushi, and even a vegetarian roll featuring mushrooms that will satisfy that umami craving. Guests can cozy up to the oysters being displayed and shucked while watching the action.

“This project has been a long time in the making and was spearheaded by the late great Nathan “Bo” Dorton.” said Chris Davis, Managing Partner for Truluck’s in a statement. “We have always kept our eye open for the perfect location north of Dallas, and when this location became available, we knew it was the right fit. We will be bringing our commitment to hospitality and sustainably sourced fresh seafood as well as a brand-new look!”
