Located at 4580 Belt Line Rd., just off Dallas North Tollway and down the street from Addison Town Center, the new café is set to open its doors on July 17. To kick off the grand opening, the café will give away free breakfast for a year to three lucky winners and, to sweeten the deal, all guests will receive free Churro Donuts and half-off mimosas from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“We are incredibly thrilled to introduce The Toasted Yolk to the vibrant Addison community,” said Co-Owner/Operator Maricela Heckelman in a statement. “My husband and I believe that great food and a warm atmosphere have the power to bring people together, and we’re just that spot. We plan to get toasted at our grand opening and invite everyone to come and find their new favorite brunch spot while also supporting a good cause.”

To celebrate the launch, The Toasted Yolk is contributing 10% of its opening-day sales to Angel Flight South Central, a nonprofit that provides no-cost air transportation to patients for medical and humanitarian purposes. Additionally, the brand will offer a “Scrub Love” discount year-round, including half-off drinks for medical professionals in uniform or with a valid ID, Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The Toasted Yolk features a twist on traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch classics, accompanied by full-bar service. The 4,700-square-foot contemporary cafe will also feature an expansive 44-seat patio with umbrellas and the new café in Addison will serve the community every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Toasted Yolk offers a breakfast, brunch and lunch experience. Menu items include the Churro Donuts, Cowboy Scramble, West Coast Arnold and the Club Sandwich. Guests can enjoy a full bar with everything from classic mimosas, frozen Bellinis and Bloody Marys to Rise ‘N’ Shine Punch and Jackie’s Morning Rita.
