Pei Wei first opened in Scottsdale, Arizona back in 2000 serving dishes of bold, Asian flavors. The brand now has dozens of locations across the U.S.

According to a project filing, the new Pei Wei will be located at 4640 Long Prairie Rd., Ste. 300 in Flower Mound. The 2,200-square-foot space will undergo a tenant finish out before opening to the public. Constructions could kick off in the next couple of months and wrap up in early 2024.

Pei Wei’s menu of entrees, shareables, and Kids Wei is extensive. Diners can savor beef and broccoli, Firecracker Tofu, or Grilled Bourbon Chicken, among other entrée options. Rice and noodle entrees are offered such as Chicken Pad Thai and Spicy Drunken Noodles.

Asian Chopped Salad is an option, or diners can choose to enjoy a variety of shareable dishes. Signature Chicken Lettuce Wraps, edamame, chicken dumplings, and crab wontons are just a few choices diners can select.

For the younger diners, Kids Wei offers Chicken Lo Mein, Honey-Seared Chicken, and other options. Feast dining options are also available that serve up to seven people. And, don’t forget dessert! Fudge brownies and Thai donuts add a sweet ending to any meal.
