The international chain has over 193 restaurants across 19 states, offering what they call pan-asian fare. According to the website, Pei Wei offers “authentic tic, Asian-inspired cuisine without compromising on quality or convenience.”
The restaurant originated in 2000, starting with a Scottsdale location. It continues to grow, predominately as a corporate-owned chained, with only a small percentage operated by franchisees.
The menu is expansive, including wings, wontons, wraps, egg rolls, bowls, and veritable feasts fit for a part of one or one hundred. Popular menu items include rice- or noodle-based beef and broccoli bowls, firecracker chicken, Kung Poa chicken, and tens of other savory sauces ranging in spice level. Pei Wei also offers gluten free and vegetarian options to suite all appetites and dietary preferences.
For dessert, customers can select from a fudge brownie or Thai donuts with a sweetened condensed milk dipping sauce. Visit www.peiwei.com to explore the full menu or find more locations.
