Due’ Cucina is lead by President and Head Chef Filippo Fiori whose specialization in pasta and baked goods has turned the restaurant into a raving success in the northwest. The restaurant is expected to hit 1900 Abrams Road with the same authentic flavors and fresh-made pasta as its sister sites in Seattle.

According to the website, Due’ Cucina invites customers to “eat like an Italian,” enjoying classic dishes like handmade ravioli, eggplant parmigiana and lasagna all bolognese, as well as specials like bell pepper bruschetta, arancini — a crispy, deep-friend Sicilian ball of saffron rice and bolognese sauce, caciocavallo cheese and peas —  and traditional desserts like tiramisu and Torta Della Gonna, a sweet pastry base filled with lemon and vanilla custard.
