The well-established corporate-owned chain has 193 locations across 19 states, as well as South Korea. The Chinese cuisine is served in a fast-casual environment, with a vast menu of vibrantly flavored beef, chicken, rice, wings, noodles and vegetables. When it comes to the size of the order, Pei Wei offers options for all audiences — shareable sides, individual entrees, and family feasts. To top the Chinese cuisine with something sweet, patrons can pick between fudge brownies and Thai donuts.

According to the website, the first Pei Wei opened in 2000 and has since served customers “with handcrafted dishes that use only the freshest, house-chopped vegetables and whole cuts of white-meat chicken and flank steak.”

The concept was created with the goal of a “fast-service restaurant that would serve bold, flavorful dishes made with fresh, whole ingredients.” Based on the chains expansive growth, their mission continues to be a success, establishing Pei Wei as a go-to for quick and authentic Chinese food.
