The nearly 1,400-square-foot space at 6805 Snider Plaza, Ste. 650 in Dallas will be renovated, according to a recent project filing. Construction could be complete sometime this fall, but there is no official word on when Bar Sardine will open to the public.

The Bar Sardine website stated that this all-American bar is rooted in the culture of New York City’s West Village. It will be Vandelay Hospitality’s first cocktail-centric restaurant. “Bar Sardine is a place where the neighborhood will gather to enjoy curated bites and unique cocktails,” the website continued.

Vandelay Hospitality has developed a number of area restaurant brands and services since 2012 “that evoke a combination of rich American heritage, exquisite craftsmanship, and an eye for detail,” according to the group’s website. Some of the brands include Hudson House, Slider and Blues, and D.L. Mack’s.
