The newest addition to the brand will be located at 720 W Interstate 30, Ste. 106 in Royse City, according to a recent project filing. The nearly 1,700-square-foot space will undergo interior renovations before opening to the public, possibly sometime in late summer.

Chiloso Mexican Bistro first opened in 2005 and offers signature dishes made from scratch each day. Breakfast options include Austin-style tacos and breakfast plates. Lunch and dinner options are abundant with a variety of flavors for nachos, burritos, tacos, salads, and bowls.

Chiloso Mexican Bistro also offers daily specials, as well as a full bar. Diners can enjoy house margaritas and signature drinks such as ODTX Hard Lemonade and Layered Peppers/Berries, which is a house margarita layered with a puree of serrano peppers and strawberries. Catering options are also available.
