According to a recent state project filing, Salad and Go will open at 2120 Rio Grande Blvd. near Highway 121 and Cheek-Sparger Rd. in Euless. Construction is expected to kick off in early 2024 and wrap up next summer.

Another Salad and Go location is set to open at 1201 Flower Mound Rd. in Flower Mound. That’s according to the brand’s website. No specific time frame is listed, but the Flower Mound spot is said to be “coming soon.”

The quick-serve Salad and Go offers affordable salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, and more. The brand from Arizona has opened dozens of drive-thru locations across Texas in recent months, offering guests quick and healthy meal options.

The chef-curated menu includes salads featuring a variety of fresh ingredients plus your choice of protein—roasted chicken or tofu, or steak for an additional fee. Salad options include Cobb, Greek, Caesar, and others. Salads can also be made into wraps. Breakfast burritos, soups, and hand-crafted lemonades are also available.
