The project filing lists the planned address as 4950 East Interstate 30 in Fate. Construction could begin on the 865-square-foot restaurant in early 2024 and wrap up sometime next summer.

The Salad and Go menu is full of healthy options made with fresh, quality ingredients, at a low cost. Items include salads, of course, wraps, and soups. Some options are Caesar, Cobb, and Antipasto Salads, and all salad selections can be made into a wrap. You can pick your protein of chicken, tofu, or steak. Breakfast burritos and handcrafted lemonades are also on the menu.

Salad and Go was founded in Arizona in 2013 and has been popping up across the state of Texas in recent years. The brand also operates in Oklahoma and Nevada. “Salad and Go is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for ALL,” according to the brand’s website.
