A recent project filing lists several renovations that are planned for the space to include a private party room, bar area, tasting room, and the addition of two bathrooms. Renovations also include a small prep kitchen and an outdoor patio.

Bingham Family Vineyards has tastings rooms in Grapevine and Hye, and vineyards and winery in Meadow. The award-winning selection of wines includes reds, whites, rosés, and others.

Bingham Family Vineyards is a Texas winery that sells “only 100% estate bottled wines,” according to the brand’s website. That means Bingham Family Vineyards grows the grapes and produces all of the wine at the winery. They have about 200 acres of grapes in the Texas High Plains AVA.
