Plomo Quesadillas Coming Soon to Dallas

August 2023 is when this Arkansas-based brand is expected to open its doors.

Plomo Quesadillas first opened its doors in Fayetteville, Arkansas and is now tentatively set to open its first Texas location in Dallas this August. The brand boasts that “All Great Nights End at Plomo” will open at 1802 McMillan Ave. near Henderson and Greenville Avenues in Dallas.

Construction is moving along at the new Plomo Quesadillas. The Dallas spot will feature an overhead door that can open onto the patio and speakers to pump music throughout the restaurant.

The menu offers a variety of quesadillas including Grilled Chicken or Ribeye Steak and cheese, plus specialty quesadillas such as the Vasquez with Caribbean Jerked Chicken or the Rick Ross with Chopped Brisket.

Guests can also enjoy queso, salsa, and guacamole, as well as sides of Elote, Chorizo Mac & Cheese, and Churros Bites. The new Dallas location will feature a full bar with margaritas, beer, and craft cocktails, according to the brand’s Instagram account.

Plomo Quesadillas has two locations in Fayetteville, Arkansas, serving up a variety of quesadillas to guests. The brand first opened in August of 2019 when founder Omar Kasim began selling quesadillas from the side of his juice bar, according to the Plomo Quesadillas website. Omar targeted local college students, and sales began to skyrocket solidifying Plomo Quesadillas as the place to be.
