“We are going to be offering a variety of pastries like French style,” An said. Cakes can be purchased by the slice or whole. Donuts, brioche, hand pies, croissants, and additional pastries will tempt diners’ taste buds. Paris Baguette will also offer seasonal and classic salads, gourmet sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, and tea, coffee, and specialty drinks.

This will be the first Paris Baguette for An, but there are two other locations in the DFW area including in Carrollton and Lewisville. An has lived in Coppell for 15 years. “I know the area very well and then I didn’t see the same concept in the area. That’s why I decided to open one in Coppell. I’m very excited,” An said.

“There is a lot of construction and development going on in the area, so I think it will be a very good, new concept for the neighbors and the people.” Paris Baguette will be located at 1535 S. Belt Line Rd., Ste. 100, Coppell, TX 75019.
