A new ramen restaurant concept from Dallas restaurateur Armando Ramirez is in the works for Casa Linda Plaza in Dallas. Casa Ramen will be located at 9440 Garland Rd., Ste. 108.
Ramirez told What Now Dallas he hopes to open Casa Ramen by the end of May depending on the permitting process.
According to a project filing, a finish out of the 1,300-square-foot space will be required before opening to the public. The space previously served as a Subway.
Ramirez has been involved in a number of sushi restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including Deep Sushi, Yogi’s Sushi Bar, and Sushi Mockï, according to a CultureMap Dallas article. Ramirez didn’t share specific menu items with What Now Dallas, but the publication stated the new concept will offer several ramen options, as well as small plates.
