Loews Arlington Hotel is a first-of-its kind meetings and resort destination that will be connected to the new Loews Arlington Convention Center, also set to open in 2024. Berg told What Now Dallas he wanted an opportunity to partner with Loews on the Soy Cowboy restaurant concept because of the growth planned for the area.

Soy Cowboy will transport guests on an adventure through flavors from China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. “The idea is we want to explore travel through Asia, especially with the different styles of cooking, and really make it a dining experience,” Berg said. “It’s a little different for Arlington, but it will definitely stand out in that market.”

The menu will include a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques. Diners can partake in menu items such as traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi, and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque, according to a press statement.

Guests can also enjoy innovative cocktails and an extensive wine and sake menu. Soy Cowboy, like all Berg Hospitality restaurants, will focus on offering excellent food and service, a unique atmosphere, and an unparalleled experience for guests. Berg Hospitality operates B&B Butchers & Restaurant in Fort Worth and Houston, as well as a number of other Houston area restaurants including Turner’s and NoPo Café.
