Cava is fitting out a 2,600-square-foot location at 1424 N. Old Decatur Road in Saginaw, an area leader confirmed with What Now Dallas. A specific open date is not yet available, due to the unpredictable nature of construction and permitting, but the project’s filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation listed a completion date sometime in the late fall of this year.

Cava currently serves fresh bowls and pitas at 317 locations in the United States, of which Texas has the largest share with 59 locations in the state. Last year, the company went public, aiming to expand its footprint to 1000 locations by 2032.
Cava’s menu includes a rotation of signature bowls like the Balsamic Date Chicken and Harissa Avocado, but customers are free to customize their order in the assembly-line style set-up, choosing a base, meat, toppings and sauces. And they’d be remiss to pass up the toasted pita whose straight-from-heaven consistency is equal parts soft, crisp, and perfectly seasoned.
