Rosebud Steakhouse is undergoing an interior build-out at 2102 E State Highway 114. The restaurant has announced a tentative open date of November 1, 2024.
The fine-dining establishment will feature indoor dining, a bar, and outdoor seating under a covered patio. The upscale spot boasts a sleek, modern exterior, which will likely be mirrored on the interior, though renderings are not yet released.
The restaurant’s menu is expansive, featuring seafood appetizers, as well as sliders, sandwiches, lamb chops, meatballs and more. Soups and salads do not disappoint, with options like the Jalapeño Sweet Corn Chowder, Burrata Salad, Prime Chopped Salad and more. Moving on to the main course, guests can select their cut, with a variety of enhancements like Brandy Peppercorn, Bearnaise, Oreganato, and much more.
The sides include crispy Brussels sprouts, Truffle Parmesan Tater Tots, and Cauliflower au Gratin, among others. Those not in the mood for steak can select some classic chicken and pasta dishes.
