Branded Bowls is in the works at 125 FM 407 #100 in Argyle, Texas according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Owner Brian Gasperson was able to confirm that a new concept is in the works, but was so far unable to share details on the menu or exact open date, though the filing predicts completed construction by July of this year.
Gasperson is the man behind Circle Star Brands, which also operates 1845 and Rustico Wood Fired Tuscan Grill, as well as the soon-to-launch Cactus Canyon.
1845 is a high-end steakhouse serving fresh-cut filet, ribeye, pork belly, Parmesan truffle fries and more carefully created dishes in an environment that is “designed like Dallas” but “tastes like Fort Worth.”
Rustico is described as “a wood fired grill with rustic elegance and a contemporary industrial feel.” The menu includes global influenced, artisan meats, and organic, locally-grown produce when possible.
