The brand’s first Metroplex location made its debut in Frisco at 9506 TX-121. The free-standing facility features a customer-friendly pickup center, onsite ordering and available seating options. Guests are able to order online for pickup or delivery from over 10 independently operated, national and local restaurant brands, all on one receipt.

And Kitchen United is not stopping in Frisco. It will quickly follow up with a second location at 5665 E Mockingbird Ln inside Kroger by Mockingbird Station. The Dallas facility will feature the brand’s “store within a store” concept and will offer guests a new way to shop for groceries while having fresh meals prepared for takeout on the spot. It will open in early June.

“We’re proud to grow our presence in the Lone Star State and open our first two DFW locations,” said Kitchen United Chief Business Officer Atul Sood. “Kitchen United MIX provides a takeout and delivery experience unlike any other, and we can’t wait to start serving the Frisco and Dallas communities in the upcoming weeks!”

Founded in 2017 by John Miller and Harry Tsao, Kitchen United is the nation’s first “multi-restaurant ordering” to-go experience and bills itself as the future of takeout and delivery.

After selecting a MIX location, hungry users can shop the meals they crave from multiple restaurants on the same bill, and then go pick up their order on-site or have it delivered to them.

According to the company’s website, “Kitchen United MIX’s mission is two-fold: Delivering delicious food options to hungry communities who crave variety; while also providing local restaurant businesses with streamlined operations support within clean, safe, state-of-the-art kitchen facilities.”

Current Kitchen United restaurant partners include contemporary burger restaurant The Counter, Panera Bread, The Halal Guys, Wendy’s, artisanal creamery Rori’s, Hawaiian Bros Island Grill and Baja Fresh Mexican Grill.

The back-to-back openings in Frisco and Dallas are the first MIX locations in the DFW area and will mark the fourth in Texas. The first two are in Austin and Houston. The brand also operates to-go food halls in Los Angeles, Pasadena, San Jose, and Santa Monica, CA, Scottsdale, AZ, New York, NY and Chicago, IL.
