“As Collin County locals, we are beyond ready to introduce our community to Mountain Mike’s Pizza and declare our new restaurant as the go-to destination for high-quality pizza, wings and satisfying sides,” said Steve Zeigler in a statement. “Melissa is a fast-growing city with a small-town feel, and Mountain Mike’s offers the perfect family-friendly, community-driven environment that we know will quickly become a local mainstay for Friday Night Lights gatherings, youth sports parties, school fundraisers and more.”
