The Mansfield location is set to open this Fall making it the third Texas location with Flower Mound to follow next year.

The pizzeria was born from the idea that an extraordinary pizza requires the utmost attention to detail and the finest ingredients. Mister O1 uses only the freshest ingredients with most being sourced from Italy or from local vendors.

Founder and Pizza Chef, Renato Viola was raised in Southern Italy where he developed a passion for cooking at a young age; by 11 years old he was apprenticing with some of Italy’s best chefs.

Viola moved to Miami under the O1 Visa category, reserved for those with “extraordinary artistic ability” of internationally acclaimed fame and opened the first location of Mister O1 in 2014 and has since grown to 13 locations.

The first Dallas store opened Fall 2022 in Turtle Creek Shopping Village and the second opened in Grapevine in Spring 2023 under the direction of local Franchise Partner, John LaBarge. LaBarge has extensive restaurant and franchise backgrounds, including the title of former Senior Vice President of Operations and Franchise Business at Corner Bakery Cafe. As a Dallas local, he is thrilled to bring another Mister O1 to a new area of DFW.

LaBarge, owner and Dallas local says in a statement of choosing Flower Mound for another Mister O1 location, “Expanding to Flower Mound was a natural choice for Mister O1. It is a great community and was recently ranked fourth “Best Place to Live” in the U.S. (by Money Magazine in 2021-2022),” he continues, “It is centrally located in North Texas, close to major cities and DFW Airport. With these and all the other convenience factors that Flower Mound has to offer, we believe it’s a great spot for our next location. We’re looking forward to bringing our extraordinary pizzas to Flower Mound in Spring of 2024.”

Mister O1’s menu presents an array of artisanal pizzas characterized by a delicate thin-crust style, with an exceptionally light dough that undergoes a minimum 72-hour preparation and resting period before being served.

Traditional pizza combinations are served as well as recipes unique to Mister O1 such as the Star Beckham – star shaped pizza filled with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, bacon, onions, fresh tomatoes, ranch dressing, basil; Coffee Paolo – Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola blue cheese, natural honey, coffee, spicy salami calabrese; Elisa – mozzarella, ricotta cheese, natural honey, black pepper and white truffle oil; and Star Luca – star shaped pizza filled with ricotta cheese, spicy salami calabrese, mozzarella, Italian tomato sauce, basil.

Select calzones, salads, antipasti and dessert pizzas will also be available. In addition to the food menu, Mister O1 offers red, white and sparkling Italian wines by the glass and bottle as well as the well-known Italian beer, Peroni.

The 2,800 square foot space will seat 40 people inside and patio seating for 20.

The new Flower Mound location will be located at 4610 Long Prairie Rd, Suite 220, Flower Mound, TX 75028. Hours of operation: 11am – 10pm Sunday – Thursday; 11am – 11pm Friday & Saturday.
