According to the website, the shop is named after Luis Ayala-Bousono who “was many things: a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was an Army Veteran who proudly fought in the Korean War. He was married to the love of his life for 60 years.” The site says that ultimately, he was the family’s “Lelo”.
