Khan also operates Chet’s Dallas, 3Eleven Kitchen & Cocktails and RJ Mexican Cuisine.
“There are tons of steakhouses in Dallas,” Khan told What Now Dallas. “The thing that makes Liam’s different is the combination of vintage and modern, where everything is custom — even the tables. For us, it is not just a business, it’s very personal.”
Khan went on to highlight the high-quality ingredients and creative menu customers can expect from the concept. “We will serve all-American beef, as well as a full wine bar. We expect to be known for our martinis.”
A family restaurant, Khan works alongside his son and daughter who contribute to the creation of the concept. The restaurant even earned its name from Khan’s grandson, Liam.
He told What Now Dallas that this isn’t the last stop on his restaurant ride. Khan has several more concepts coming within the next year.
Ultimately, Khan hopes guests understand that “Liam’s Steakhouse is a testament to the diverse backgrounds and culinary influences that brought three generations together in the heart of Texas. Dedicated to the newest member of the family, every detail has been carefully curated to offer a taste of unparalleled luxury. Liam’s is where you can come together to savor the very best culinary creations, while indulging in an opulent dining experience unlike any other.” Learn more, or sign up for opening updates at www.theliamssteakhouse.com.
