The Charlotte, North Carolina-based brand debuted in Texas with the Valentine’s Day 2022 opening near Alliance Town Center in north Fort Worth. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is also planning a location in Plano.

The new Grapevine restaurant will be more than 6,300-square-feet and include a patio. According to a recent project filing, construction could wrap up sometime this fall, but there is no official word on when it might open to the public.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill offers diners a chance to catch see chefs prepare hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, and ribs on wood-fired grills through an exposed kitchen. Other menu items include shareables of Lobster Spinach Queso and Smoked Chicken Wings. A variety of soups, signature salads, handhelds, and specialty pasta dishes are also available, plus a large selection of craft beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
