Construction could begin on the new, one-story, 6,000-square-foot restaurant early next year. The space will feature indoor dining and an exterior patio. The Charlotte, North Carolina-based brand debuted in Texas with the Valentine’s Day 2022 opening of its location at 2900 Amador Dr. near Alliance Town Center in north Fort Worth.

The polished casual restaurant offers upscale dining at a modest price. Firebirds creates authentic, wood-fired entrees featuring bold flavors. An exposed kitchen at the location allows diners to catch a glimpse of the wood-fired grills used to sear aged steaks, fresh seafood, chicken, and ribs.

Shareables such as Lobster Spinach Queso, Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, and Seared Ahi Tuna are available, along with soups, salads, handhelds, and specialty pasta dishes.

FIREBAR, Firebirds award-winning bar, offers a selection of wines, craft beer, and specialty cocktails. To end the meal, diners can try a chocolate brownie, Big Daddy Chocolate Cake, or 5 Layer Lemon Cake. Firebirds also donates $1.25 from every Alex’s Fresh Lemonade purchase to help fight childhood cancer.
