CRISP & GREEN’s menu features chef-crafted acai and grain bowls, salads, smoothies and more. Salad options include Classic Chicken Caesar, No Prob Cobb, and the Thai & Stop Me with mixed greens, citrus shrimp, other toppings, and Thai peanut dressing.

You can try Grain Bowls such as Ahh…Greek Out or The Bold and the Buffalo, or you can build your own. The menu also features a variety of acai bowl options, as well as a selection of gluten-free smoothies.

Besides its healthy menu options, CRISP & GREEN is known for its community involvement. The franchise partners with local fitness and wellness studios to offer complimentary classes, typically held at the restaurant where those from all fitness levels can join. Through its healthy food options and encouragement of physical exercise, the brand aims to promote a culture of living and eating well, or “Living Crisp.”

CRISP & GREEN could open on Belt Line Rd. sometime in the summer of 2023. The brand currently has two Dallas locations–one in Southlake, and one in Rockwall, according to the CRISP & GREEN website.
