Delaney Vineyard, a historic 8,000 square-foot winery some say is reminiscent of an 18th century French chateau, will welcome pickleball, shuffle board, and bocce ball courts, along with the venue’s signature restaurant and sports bar.

“We couldn’t be happier to see Delaney Vineyards entering a new chapter with the addition of Chicken N Pickle,” William D. Tate, Mayor of Grapevine, said in a press release. “This property is instantly recognizable in our city, and Chicken N Pickle will be a premier family entertainment destination and a point of pride for us.”

The vineyard will provide room for multiple pavilions, bars, and dining rooms on the main floor and rooftop, as well as outdoor tables. Chicken N Pickle, which prides itself on using responsibly raised, antibiotic and hormone free chicken, boasts a menu of wood-fired chicken dishes as well as pork and beef sandwiches, salad and protein bowls, hand-cut fries and more. The venue also likes to partner with local breweries and farmers to provide regional favorites on the menu.

“One of our key tenets is to give back to the communities we serve,” said Bill Crooks, Chief Experience Officer at Chicken N Pickle, in the same release.  “We say ‘our hearts are local’ because we support the communities we serve through philanthropy and through our business practices. We are thrilled to become a part of the Grapevine community.”

An opening date has yet to be announced, but you can except to be sipping on a cold one while playing a round of bocce ball sometime in 2022.
