The new location could open as soon as December, but this date has not yet been confirmed. What Now Dallas has reached out to representatives for comment.

In early Q3 of this year, Capriotti’s signed area development agreements to bring new franchise locations to Austin, Houston, North Dallas, Dallas and Fort Worth.

Founded in 1976, the award-winning national franchised restaurant chain is known for its 40-year tradition of slow-roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house every day. Headquarted in Las Vegas, Nevada, it currently has more than 125 locations across the United States.

Its menu includes cold, grilled and vegetarian subs, cheese steaks and salads. The shop’s acclaimed best-seller is The Bobbie, a sandwich made with homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo on a soft roll. AOL.com reported that it was voted “The Greatest Sandwich in America” by thousands of readers across the country.
