The first Birdcall spot at 3232 E. Hebron Pkwy. in Carrollton is set to open in the next couple of weeks, while a second spot planned for fall of 2023 will open at 507 W. Beltline Rd. in Richardson. A recent Facebook announcement adds two more planned spots to Birdcall’s Lone Star State rollout:

  • 5350 Preston Rd., Frisco, TX 75034 (Summer 2023)
  • 9634 Audelia Rd., Dallas, TX 75238 (Fall 2023)

Birdcall first opened in Denver in 2016. The brand wants “to make natural foods more accessible and affordable. Integral to our mission as a restaurant is innovating technology to serve you, our beloved guests, efficiently while offering nutritious, all-natural foods. At Birdcall, it’s as much about the nutrient-rich salads as it is the crispy chicken sandwiches,” according to the website.

Sandwich options range from the Original and Nashville Hot to the Deluxe with bacon and pepper jack cheese and the Grilled Chicken Caesar. Diners can enjoy flavorful salads, tenders, and sides such as tater tots and slaw. House-made cocktails, draft beer, and sweet shakes are also options.
