“At Birdcall, we’re all about providing an enhanced dining experience. We serve up 100% all-natural, high quality ingredients – everything from our crispy chicken sandwiches to our world-class salads – and source locally whenever possible,” Sarah Shepard, Marketing Manager at Gastamo Group, wrote in an email to sister-publication What Now Phoenix.

Oh, and it’s important to know, Birdcall does things a little differently when it comes to service. “Our self-serve ordering kiosk provides a convenient and seamless ordering experience. Team members are passionate about providing superior hospitality for every guest, in all facets of the restaurant dining experience, whether dining-in, drive thru, take out, delivery, curbside, catering, etc,” Shepard added.

Birdcall locations, though they employ electronic ordering systems, are individualized nonetheless. And Dallas Business Journal reports Birdcall Dallas will sport an outdoor bowling alley as well as a 15-foot-tall chicken to draw attention.

In terms of that all-natural chicken—The Nashville Hot crispy chicken sandwich is a favorite among Birdcall fans. The Rancher, if that’s more your style, comes with a bacon red onion jam. Gluten and dairy-free chicken nuggets are available for order, or you can substitute crispy tofu for chicken if you’re a vegetarian or feeling like going meat-free for a meal.

“At this point, we have one Birdcall confirmed in Carrollton in the former Taco Cabana location at 3232 E Hebron Parkway,” Shepard wrote in an email to What Now Dallas. “We will have a couple of other locations closely following that one.” The spot is slated to open in spring of 2022.Visit Birdcall’s website for more information.
