Dutch for “nature,” Natuur is a healthy, quick-serve concept based in Colorado, but quickly expanding into Texas. In addition to an almost-open location in Austin, Natuur plans to open at 6750 Gaylord Pkwy #135 in Frisco some time this fall.
“We have a lot of Texas ties, so we’ve been wanting to bring the concept to this market for a while,” Owner, Zachary Van Cleave, told What Now Dallas. “People really seem to care about their health and activity in these areas, so we think they’ll love the new vibe we are bringing to the healthy-eating market. Following this new location, we plan to expand quickly in Texas to around the ten unit mark.”
