Located at 9574 Sage Meadow Trail, the newest Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine location will complete renovations in January of 2024, according to a filing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. This will be the restaurant’s sixth location, with others in Austin, Dallas, Plano, Southlake, and one existing Fort Worth location.
Created and previously owned by Evandro Caregnato and Vanderleia Mallman, Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine recently sold to now-owners, John Miller and Scott Smith.
According to the website, the restaurant continues its reputation as an “elegant neighborhood pizzeria where you can enjoy the exciting theater of an open kitchen.” The menu also features a selection of wines, classic cocktails and a Sunday brunch complete with brunch pizzas like the Croque Madame, Classic Breakfast and Spinach and Bacon Quiche.
