Libia Ye, owner of Oishii Ramen Bar, says he expects his restaurant to open early next year. While primarily a ramen-focused restaurant, the full menu is still under development, Ye told What Now Dallas.
“Oishii means delicious,” Ye told What Now Dallas. And though some restaurants may have a similar name, this location at 305 Marketplace Boulevard in Forney, Texas will be an independently owned original.
Oishii Raman Bar will be located in Victory At Forney, a retail center in Forney, Texas. The city is part of the Dallas-Forth Worth metroplex and was named by the Texas Legislature as the “Antique Capital of Texas.”
The restaurant’s social media platforms and website are yet to be established.
