The filing outlines plans for an interior remodel of the 5,635 space to match the elegant design of their existing Midland location. Every element evokes luxury, down to the perfectly plated meals.

The restaurant is owned by Chef Felipe Armenta, the founder of FAR Out Hospitality who also manages The Tavern, Press Cafe, Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Pacific Table, Cafe Margot and Cork & Pig Tavern.

He also brought in the big culinary guns with Michelin-star-studded chef Graham Elliot, who now is in charge of the culinary department for Armenta’s array of restaurants.

Cowboy Prime serves upscale steak and seafood dishes, with what the website calls “only the freshest ingredients, next-level hospitality and the genuine warmth and friendliness for which West Texas is known.” Learn more at www.cowboyprimetx.com
