Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews announces the opening of the garage-themed restaurant and bar known for serving up 50 burgers and 50 brews, in addition to a selection of more than 25 wing flavors, shareable appetizers, shakes and malts, and more. The new restaurant has seating for 200, an area in the main dining room perfect for groups, a spacious outdoor patio, and a large, separate bar area, and more than 60 televisions.

“We’re excited to expand into Texas with this first location in Irving and our second location in Fort Worth coming in August,” said Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews Partner Scott Upton in a statement. “The Irving area is incredible and we’re excited to become an active member of the community!”

Each patty is made from fresh, hand-formed Angus beef, or you can choose from Wagyu beef or ground turkey. Any Sickies Garage burger can also be made with a grilled chicken breast or a Beyond Meat veggie patty.

Items also include Twin Cam (burger topped with peppered bacon and nacho cheese, dialed in between two grilled cheese sandwiches for buns); Glazed Doughnut Burger (American cheese and peppered bacon on a glazed doughnut bun); Macaroni and Cheese Burger (topped with extra cheesy macaroni, and bacon bits); and Sickies Burger stacked with bacon, egg, pulled pork, and onion rings. Hand-spun boozy milkshakes include the Silly Rabbit (Trix cereal, vanilla vodka, almond liqueur, and sweet chocolate liqueur), non-alcoholic shakes and malts like banana, butterscotch, chocolate, coffee, Oreo, Raspberry, Strawberry, and vanilla, or go full-throttle into the seasonal dessert menu, including Apple Pie Nachos.

The menu also features a selection of wings, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, melts, Mac & Cheese bowls, homestyle meals, Tater Kegs (over-sized tater tots filled with bacon, cheddar and chives), Sickies Nachos (waffle fries loaded with nacho cheese, buffalo chicken strips, onions, black olives, pepperoncini, tomatoes and sour cream) and the Fried Pickles (lightly breaded sliced pickles served with Cajun horseradish dipping sauce).

The chicken wing selection features 25 sauces, including Jameson Wings (smooth Jameson Irish Whiskey taste without the burn); PB&J Wings (featuring Sickies’ uniquely delicious, award-winning sauce), and Hurricane Wings (blending the worlds of buffalo, BBQ, and Jamaican jerk sauces).

Sickies Garage is now open Monday – Friday at 11 a.m. and Saturday – Sunday at 10 a.m. and is located at 3165 Regent Blvd. Irving, TX 75063.

The opening of the Irving location marks the 10th Sickies Garage locations adding to locations in Bismarck and Fargo, ND, Sioux Falls and Rapid City, SD, Bellevue and Omaha, NE, Las Vegas, NV, and Kissimmee, FL. Parent company Starmark Hospitality recently confirmed a future location in Overland Park, KS.
