Sherman Residents to Gain Delicious Dessert Option

This new Nothing Bundt Cakes location could open in late 2023.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is well-known for its flavorful Bundt cakes topped with its signature cream cheese frosting. And soon, residents in Sherman could get a chance to enjoy these tasty desserts.

Nothing Bundt Cakes offers sweet treats for all occasions including birthdays, graduations, wedding showers, and more. A variety of Bundt cake flavors such as red velvet, chocolate, lemon, and others are offered in 8-inch or 10-inch sizes and tiered cakes, which can be left plain or decorated. Other offerings include Bundtlets, which are individually packaged personal cakes, plus Bundtinis, which are smaller cakes that can be purchased by the dozen. Customers can also peruse the in-store Bundt-iques that offer party supplies, serving dishes, and gifts for various occasions.

According to a recent project filing, the new Nothing Bundt Cakes location is planned for 837 E. North Creek Dr., Sherman, TX 75090. The interior finish out on the space could wrap up at the end of 2023. The filing lists the tenant at Jim Sheahan, who also owns Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise locations in Flower Mound, Denton, and Lewisville, as well as others in Oklahoma.

Founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz first began baking Bundt cakes in their Las Vegas home kitchens in 1997. The brand now has more than 400 locations across the U.S. and Canada, according to the Nothing Bundt Cakes website.
