Located at 3575 West Story Road, the 1,474-square-foot place dedicated to premium coffee, specialty beverages and fresh pastries marks the first PJ’s Coffee in the city and seventh in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“I’m incredibly excited to share a little bit of New Orleans with the Irving community,” said franchisee and resident Jacqueline Nguyen in a statement. “From beignets to high-quality coffee, we look forward to serving the city we love and providing them a meaningful experience that PJ’s is best known for.”

The new location has indoor and patio seating, as well as a drive-thru. The locally owned and operated coffeehouse is expected to bring up to 15 jobs to the area and will be the brand’s 164th location overall.
