Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is coming to Dallas. The popular New York City chain will open its first Dallas location in the Good E Block Redevelopment in the Deep Ellum neighborhood in early 2023.
Franchisee Sam Cole is planning to bring another four locations to Dallas. For more than a decade, Cole had searched for a franchise concept that excited him enough to leave his tech career. Then, he discovered Brooklyn Dumpling Shop.
“Brooklyn Dumpling Shop’s use of technology to cultivate a more efficient and modern dining experience was important to me,” Cole said in a statement. “However, the most important aspect of the brand for me, is its good quality food delivered in an efficient manner.”
The concept fully embraces technology with online or kiosk ordering and a 21st century Automat. These innovations allow franchisees to operate within a small footprint with minimal labor and stay open 24/7. State-of-the-art temperature-controlled food lockers ONDO, powered by Panasonic, offer guests an easy and safe option to pick up orders at their peak freshness.
According to the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop’s website, “Dumplings are the new sandwich.” Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is the fastest growing dumpling concept in America and offers 32 favorites such as Philly cheesesteak, cheeseburger, Mac n Cheese, Maryland crab cake, and PB&J, in dumplings.
