Ginger & Spice owner Jeff Hsieh told What Now Dallas they hope to open in the fall of 2023. Jeff and his business partner own another Vietnamese restaurant called High Lúa in Brooklyn, New York. Jeff decided to open Ginger & Spice after moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. “If it goes well, we might think about doing franchising,” Jeff said.

They are still working on menu specifics but plan to serve pho, which is a noodle soup, with beef, chicken and spicy pork options. Other menu options will include rice dishes, appetizers, and sandwiches.

Jeff said he is excited about opening Ginger & Spice in Prosper. “I think it’s going to do well. You guys are going to love it.”
