The nearly 4,100-square-foot space will offer a variety of workouts including rowing, cardio, and strength training. During the HIIT total-body workouts, a coach guides members through five different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable, and All Out. “The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in ‘The Orange Zone’ to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories,” according to the Orangetheory Fitness website.

Orangetheory Fitness’ OTbeat technology measures your performance in real time, and studio monitors can report your progress. You can even track your fitness data in an app.

A low membership rate is being offered for a limited time to founding members of the TCU location. Orangetheory Fitness has more than two dozen locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
