Banh Shop will open in the space that previously held Pizza Snob at 3051 S University Dr. in Fort Worth. The brand has another North Texas location at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Banh Shop offers a variety of signature bowls including fried rice, green curry, and Pad Thai. Banh mi sandwiches on fresh baguettes are offered with options ranging from turkey and pork meatball to grilled steak and grilled tofu. Diners can also choose from several soup and salad options.

Banh Shop’s new Fort Worth space is about 1,700-square-feet and will undergo interior renovations to refresh and rebrand the former restaurant space, according to a recent project filing. Construction could wrap up sometime this fall.
