EggMania currently has ten locations with three on the way, including the upcoming Irving location that is set to complete construction by January 2024.

According to the website, the menu was inspired by the meals that the founders missed most from the streets of India. They were inspired by “the thought to have wonderful food everyday and to be able to serve a community facing similar food issues.” Their goals were “perfect quality and delicious meals.”

While eggs are the common theme throughout the menu, the variety is astounding. Patrons can order egg samplers like Masala Omelet, Egg Katori, or a Jetty Roll. Or, they can opt for egg-based sandwiches like the Hara Bhara Malai, Samosa Grill or Chutney Cheese Grill. Various levels of spice are available to suit every patron’s pallet. Learn more about the vibrant Indian flavors on display at EggMania at www.eggmania.com.
