Banh Shop offers a menu of Asian bowls, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Signature bowls include fried rice, green curry, and Pad Thai. A variety of Banh Mi sandwich options are offered including turkey, pork meatball, and grilled steak. Sides of Sweet & Spicy Peanut Slaw, Cool Fresh Summer Rolls, and Shrimp Rolls are also available.

A recent project filing lists the new franchise location for Banh Shop at 7601 N. MacArthur, Ste. 105. The space, at more than 2,500-square-feet, is planned to undergo renovations, which could wrap up sometime this fall. There is no official word on when Banh Shop will open to the public in Irving.

Another Banh Shop is currently in operation at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. A Banh Shop is also expected to open near Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, possibly sometime before the end of 2023.
