According to The Monk’s website, the chefs are particular about adding correct ingredients to create authentic Indian Chinese dishes. “At all our restaurants, the mantra is to remain honest about the basic essence of the recipe and still create the dish in a new way that will make you fall in love repeatedly,” stated The Monk’s website.

The Monk’s menu features a variety of flavorful dishes including soups, steamed dumplings, noodles, and fried rice. Other dishes include Tandoori such as Hariyali Chicken, which is marinated with fresh herbs and cooked in a clay oven. Sichuan Home Style Entrée and Sweet Garlic Ginger Entrée are a couple of Chinese dish options.

The Monk’s has several locations across the Houston area, one in Illinois, and another location coming soon to Canada.
