Hudson House, the East Coast-inspired eatery known for the “World’s Coldest Martinis” and curated oyster bar program, expands to Las Colinas, Texas on April 14, 2022.
The 5,200 square-foot restaurant features a wraparound bar, a private room, and a large outdoor patio inspired by the neighborhood restaurants of the West Village and Upper East Side of New York City. Natural light, an airy dining room, sleek wood and plush navy leather booths, rounded light fixtures, and greenery complete the casual and elegant environment reminiscent of New England style and architecture.
Hudson House is owned and operated by Vandelay Hospitality Group with existing locations in Highland Park, North Dallas, and Lakewood. Hudson House is slated to open additional locations across the Lone Star state, including Houston and Fort Worth this year. A milestone West Coast expansion to Beverly Hills, California is expected Summer 2022.
The menu is centered on “old-school casual” Americana design and cuisine. Alongside the renowned “World’s Coldest Martini” with housemade bleu cheese olives, popular menu staples include: East Coast Oysters, flown in daily; The Cheeseburger featuring 4oz. USDA beef patties, American cheese, pickles, and signature Hudson sauce between housemade sesame buns; French Chicken, thinly sliced cajun chicken breast with skinny fries, and Jack’s salad. Dessert selections include classics such as Chocolate Silk Pie, Key Lime Pie, and Butterscotch Sundae.
For weekend brunch, Hudson House serves traditional staples such as Lemon Poppy Seed Buttermilk Pancakes with blueberry compote, and pistachio crumble; classically prepared Eggs Benedict with choice of country ham, lobster, or smoked salmon and hollandaise; Hudson Sandwich with smoked bacon, American cheese, scrambled egg, dijonaise, and sliced avocado. A brunch cocktail menu—including the time-honored Bloody Mary (made with housemade mix)—rounds out the weekend offerings.
Hudson House Las Colinas opens April 14, 2022 and is located at 5904 North MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75039. Operating hours are seven days a week from 11am to 9pm with Daily Happy Hour from 3pm to 6pm and weekend Brunch from 10am to 3pm.
