Civil Pour is a concept from Chad Montgomery and his wife Nellie Ghannadpour Montgomery that combines coffee and beer, with sandwiches and sweets that are locally made and quality tested.

According to the website, Civil Pour is a year-round outlet for the couple’s creative passions — a full-time solution to what was previous a seasonal pursuit at beer festivals and events.

The website gives visitors a heads-up on details that make their coffee a cup above the rest — water that is filtered seven times before brewing, a rotating cast of coffee roasters, pour-over coffee, creative, curated drinks and a custom espresso blend called the Peace Treaty.

When it comes to beer, Civil Pour offers a hand-selected tap wall, a perfect beer-gas blend, ultra-clean taglines and take-home 16-oz cans called “growlers” so the enjoyment doesn’t end when a customer’s visit does.
