The space at 605 S. Preston Rd., Ste. 100, Celina, TX 75009 is currently under construction. The interior finish-out could wrap up in late summer, according to a project filing. There’s no word on when Kolache Shoppe might begin serving its tasty menu to locals.

The menu features a variety of kolaches. Sweet options include apple, cherry, Nutella, peach, and more. The breakfast-style selection features ham and Swiss; brisket, egg, and Cheddar; and spinach, egg, and cheese. For savory choices, guests can enjoy Kiolbassa with or without cheese, bacon, and others.

For a quick pick-me-up, diners can sip a variety of coffee drinks. Café au lait, cappuccino, cold brew, espresso, and latte are just a few options.

Franchisors Randy and Lucy Hines purchased Kolache Shoppe in 2014 from former owner Erwin Ahrens, who opened Kolache Shoppe in Houston in 1970. The Hines later decided to franchise the brand. The Celina location will be owned by franchisees Jake and Courtney Poulsen and Gary and Cynthia Mechler from Not Bread Alone LLC, according to a previous press release.

Article updated to include press link and correct spelling of Poulsen per PR request.
