“Mckinney is a beautiful family-friendly city that has and continues to experience tremendous growth. We’re very excited to participate in its continued prosperity,” Franchise owner, Barry Tu told What Now Dallas. “We have a very fun and vibrant atmosphere with a cravable menu featuring our benedicts, mimosas, bloody marys, fresh juices, and the fluffiest pancakes!

The new location will join 34 Broken Yolk Cafes nationwide and the website says it all started in a local beach community in San Diego, California in 1979. According to the website, “Life Begins After Breakfast at Broken Yolk Cafe.”

Guests enjoy the full-service restaurant’s menu of signature benedict, 12-ounce mimosas, homemade sauces, soups and baked goods. Of all these features, the restaurant’s website calls customer service the most important.

Following a 2009 feature on The Travel Channel’s Man vs Food, the restaurant’s notoriety only grew. Now, 10 new Broken Yolk Cafes are in the works across the US. Learn more about this delicious brunch destination at www.thebrokenyolkcafe.com
