Though Shuey is unsure of an exact open date, he told What Now Dallas he hopes to open at some point this winter, featuring indoor dining and what Shuey calls “an upscale drive-thru” option. This change marks an exciting step for the business, transitioning from the test period to long-term location.
“We’ve been open for around 10 months now,” Shuey told What Now Dallas. “The test kitchen has allowed us to test the concept and tweak our menu as needed. Now we are ready to move to a full-scale sit-down restaurant. It’s fast-casual, but with a drive-thru.”
The restaurant’s menu highlights 100% fresh chicken, 20 homemade sauces, smoked-then-fried wings, complemented by a selection of beer and seltzers. Learn more about the menu and location at badchicken.com.
