Jersey Mike’s is opening a new sub shop in Dallas at 4520 Frankford Rd. According to lease intel, it will occupy suite A800. It is actually taking over the space from another restaurant franchise that makes subs — Subway, which has the location listed as closed on their website.
The 1,500 square-foot space is a part of Frankford Pavilion, a high-profile shopping center on the southwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road.
The location is being brought to the area by multi-unit franchise owner/general manager, Lee Snodgrass, who also owns a Jersey Mike’s location in Frisco. Snodgrass has been with the brand since 2005, partnering with restaurants in North Carolina and Georgia before coming to the Dallas area.
Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, the fast-casual sub sandwich franchise has become nationally known for offering “a sub above.” It currently has over 2,000 restaurants either open or under development nationwide.
With a commitment to using quality products and providing exceptional customer service, subs are made “Mike’s Way” with fresh veggies and premium meats and cheeses that are sliced on the spot. Piled high on in-store baked bread and then topped off with an exquisite zing of “the juice” – a mix of red wine vinegar and olive oil blend, the brand has built up a passionate, loyal fan base.
